VIU Thailand announced that Meen Nichakoon and Ping Krittanun will be reunited in their latest BL series titled "The Rebound Series." The news was shared on VIU Thailand's social media on Saturday (18/11).
Meen Nichakoon and Ping Krittanun previously acted together in the BL series "Ai Long Nhai The Series," which aired in 2022. Meen played the role of Aiyaret, a young man in love with Chen Nhai, an innocent man.
In addition to "Ai Long Nhai The Series," their latest series this year (2023) titled "My Dear Gangster Opla" is currently airing on IQIYI. In this series, Meen portrays Thiu, a handsome, mysterious, and intimidating mafia, while Ping plays Guy, a bookworm.
In "The Rebound Series," which will have a 'Sports Drama' theme, Meen will play Ryu, and Ping will play Zen.
VIU Thailand has not provided further details about "The Rebound Series" storyline, but the series is scheduled to air in 2024.
Aside from Meen and Ping, VIU also announced the participation of actor Nammon Krittanai, Frank Thanatsaran, and several other actors and actresses in this series.
Fans eagerly welcome the return of Meen Nichakoon and Ping Krittanun in a BL series, hoping to see the chemistry they displayed in "Ai Long Nhai The Series" and "My Dear Gangster Oppa" once again in "The Rebound Series."
