All Night Long 2 (1995)

An introverted Japanese high school student finds himself the object of humiliating attacks by a local street gang whose sadistic leader is secretly drawn to the teen. The teen spurns the tough's advances, which leads to a violent series of assaults and retributions and launches all involved over the brink of madness.
