Based on the flashback events of the series My Roommate is a Fairy Fox, the fox clan guard the sacred stone. Because of this, the wolf clan constantly threatens them, trying to take the stone for themselves. The chosen fox spirit, Lu Bai, must travel to find the descendant of the God of War, who is the only person capable of protecting them from the impending danger.
